We organised.
Very good listening.
Because of the gigantic communication barrier and inadequate resources at this hospital's "Urgent Treatment Care" I was left in considerable pain for a very long time with elderly patients also waiting for to long to see anyone. This country is becoming a disgrace and its all in the name of diversity. I'm a white British male so no one gives a damn about me, I'm bottom of the pile. I feel for the white British pensioners writhing in pain in your overcrowded reception area. nhs is finished.
The ambulance team and all doctors and nurses were very good and caring. Were I found confusion was from the Friday that I was told that I needed a ctscan before I could come home but by Saturday pm still wasn’t done And I was discharged and told that I would have to come back this week for the scan and I would get an appointment. Today my husband was told that the scan was cancelled and couldn’t get more info. I have an appointment for the 27 of May at the general surgery hot clinic in writing and I presume I should have had the scan done for it. I do not want to cancell that appointment especially that I am in quite a bit of disconfort and I would appreciate some answers
It was really bad experience in my life coming into a&e at hospital. Never ever happened in this country. The waiting time was absurd unbelievable. There must be another way.
I was invited to see the Stroke team direct and was able to bypass the lengthy A&E waits. I had my investigations promptly and treated with utmost professional courtesy by the team and now have my follow-up appointment too. Very pleased with the treatment so far. Well done and keep it up.
The NHS was the pride of our great country & in my opinion it has been lost.
Too many people who haven’t paid into the system are draining it.
It has become a circus. The people at the top are obviously paid far too much for not doing a good job & unfortunately this is the outcome & the poor staff working hard to try to keep it running efficiently are suffering.
There was no delay, I was kept informed all questions were answered. Very professional service with understanding and empathy.
We were treated very well and with respect
We were not left in the corridor and received
attention straight away
Waiting time was short
I had a heart attack was left on a window edge then chair for 40 hours then placed in a corridor for 2 days
